How to Deposit with Cryptocurrency

• On the Deposit page, choose Cryptocurrency Deposit as your funding method.

• Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, etc.).
• Enter the deposit amount in Japanese Yen (JPY). Zentrader will convert that JPY amount into the equivalent cryptocurrency at the current market rate.

4. Click “Confirm” to Generate Your Deposit Address

• After entering your JPY deposit amount, click Confirm.
• Follow the prompts—you’ll be redirected to a payment page displaying your unique deposit address and QR code:

5. Send Funds from Your Wallet or Exchange

• Copy the deposit address exactly (or scan the QR code) into your own wallet or exchange app.
• Make sure you select the correct network when sending.
• Important: Send the exact crypto amount generated by Zentrader. Don’t round; decimals matter (up to six places).
• Pay any network (miner/validator) fee from your own wallet.
• Transactions must be sent within 20 minutes of address generation or they’ll expire.

6. Wait for Blockchain Confirmations

• Your transaction will take ~1–15 minutes (network-dependent) to confirm.
• Zentrader will automatically detect the deposit—no manual proof needed.
• Once confirmed, you’ll be automatically redirected back to your Zentrader dashboard.

7. Funds Will Be Credited in JPY

• Your account will be credited in JPY.
• Typically takes 1–2 minutes after confirmations.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once fully credited.

8. Important Notes for Deposits

• Single-Use Addresses: Each address is one-time use and only for the exact amount displayed.
• Exact Amount Required: Even 0.000001 BTC off and we can’t auto-credit.
• Decimal Precision: If you truncate or round incorrectly, funds may be lost or delayed.
• Trading vs. Immediate Withdrawal: Crypto deposits are for trading; withdrawals may revert to original method if used immediately.
• Network Fees: Always pay the network fee on your side (“Subtract fee from amount” in your wallet).

• Return to the main page and select Withdrawal.
• Enter the JPY amount you wish to withdraw.
