Zentrader Singapore Deposit and Withdrawal

Zentrader is a new online trading platform offering trading in forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, single stocks and stock indices.

Up to 195% payouts on winning trades, free deposits and withdrawals, great support and a straight forward interface all make for an exceptional trading experience.

And as of October 2019, Zentrader is pleased to announce improved payment methods for Singaporean traders. This includes Singapore Dollar (SGD) local bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Bitcoin.

Whilst Zentrader accounts for Singaporean traders are denomonated in US Dollars (USD), all payments made in SGD are automatically converted using a wholesale interbank rate.

Singapore Bank Transfer (eNETS)

Local bank transfer is available via Singapore banks on the eNETS payment system. Banks as at October 2019 include:

• Citibank
• DBS / POSB Bank
• OCBC Bank / Plus!
• Standard Chartered
• United Overseas Bank (UOB)

Credit Cards

Both Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Payments are processed and credited to your Zentrader account instantly.

Credit card deposits are submitted in USD. As this is an international payment, there can sometimes be small currency conversion fees and charges applied by some banks.

Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin)

Deposits can be made in Bitcoin with a minimum of 0.005 BTC (approximately $50). Simply initiate a Bitcoin deposit via your Zentrader dashboard to receive a unique deposit address.

Bitcoin payments are processed upon 3 network confirmations and are converted to your account base currency using the xe.com exchange rate.

Please note that you must request a new Bitcoin address for each deposit.

Withdrawal Process

Zentrader processes withdrawals daily Monday to Friday at 8am (GMT +8).

For Singapore clients, withdrawals are submitted in USD and will paid out in SGD via local bank transfer. Bitcoin withdrawals are also available. Conversion uses the xe.com exchange rate at the time of processing.
