Thank you for choosing to trade with Zentrader. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, there will some changes to the trading schedule and availability of deposit and withdrawals.

Most deposit methods during the above dates will be operational. This includes credit cards and local bank transfer, however availability may ultimately depend on your individual financial institution. For withdrawal availability, please see below:

• 12/25: Christmas Day – Withdrawal unavailable
• 12/31: New Year’s Eve – Withdrawal unavailable
• 1/1: New Year’s Day – Withdrawal unavailable

Trading Platform Hours

• 12/23: Early Close
• 12/24: Christmas Eve – Trading Closed
• 12/25: Christmas Day – Trading Closed
• 12/30: Early Close
• 12/31: New Year’s Eve – Trading Closed
• 1/1: New Year’s Day – Trading Closed

Crypto products will continue to be available throughout the holiday period.
