Major Update: Enhanced Withdrawal Process

We are pleased to announce significant updates and improvements to our withdrawal functionality. These enhancements have been made with traders in mind, making the process more streamlined and user-friendly.

Key Updates:

Save Your Withdrawal Information

Clients can now conveniently save their withdrawal details within the Zentrader Dashboard. After logging in, navigate to the Banking section and click Saved Information. Here, you can enter and save withdrawal information for each available method on your account. This ensures that when you initiate a withdrawal, your saved information is automatically populated, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

Track and Cancel Withdrawal Requests

We’ve introduced the ability to monitor your withdrawal status and cancel requests directly from your account. Any pending withdrawals will now appear at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page, and you can cancel them while they are still in the Pending status—putting you in control of your funds at every step.

Introduction of Withdrawal Fees for Some Methods

While we’ve covered the costs of payment processing since our launch in 2018, a small fee will now apply to certain withdrawal methods. Rest assured, we continue to bear the majority of the processing costs, ensuring that the fees passed on to clients are minimal.

Our commitment remains to offer the highest payouts and the most competitive trading conditions in the industry going forward. The fees for each withdrawal method are clearly displayed when selecting your preferred option on the Withdrawal page.

Note: We continue to provide fee-free withdrawal methods, including Bitwallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals. Furthermore, no fees apply to deposits, allowing you to maximize your funds.
